Reply Thank you so much for your helpful reply. I prefer hold-ups to tights, tights are quite rare for me to wear. I love wearing knickers so they will remain neither of my pencil skirts are lined they are a perfect fit around my waist but quite tight at the hem. I shall persevere!

Also, you have rather a lot going on if you have tights, pants, petticoats,s and a skirt. A change to holdups might help, then you wouldn’t have to mess about with the waistband of the tights.
